Your Story Deserves a Visual Pitch That Gets Noticed

Service Description. Pitch Board Media provides a custom visual document creation service. By submitting this form, you are commissioning a custom graphic document, referred to as a "Pitch Board," based on the creative materials and information you provide. You retain full ownership of your story, script, manuscript, characters, concepts, and all other materials you submit. Once full payment has been received, you also own the completed Pitch Board and may use it in any way you choose. Pitch Board Media claims no ownership rights in your underlying project or in the completed Pitch Board.

Submission Release. Pitch Board Media receives creative materials from many clients. Pitch Board Media, its owners, or its employees may already be working on projects, stories, characters, or concepts that are similar or identical to material contained in your submission. You agree that you will not bring any claim, lawsuit, or proceeding against Pitch Board Media or its principals based upon any alleged similarity between your submitted materials and any project, concept, or work independently created, developed, or received by Pitch Board Media or any third party. You expressly waive any right to injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with such a claim.

No Confidential Relationship. Your submission is made voluntarily and does not create a confidential, fiduciary, or implied contractual relationship beyond the custom design service described here. Pitch Board Media will use your submitted materials to create your Pitch Board and provide the service you purchased. We will not share your submitted creative materials with any third party for any purpose. We cannot guarantee that others will not independently create works similar to yours.

Use of Artificial Intelligence. Pitch Board Media may use artificial-intelligence tools as part of the design and production process. Pitch Board Media will review and refine the completed Pitch Board before delivery.

Turnaround and Revisions. We aim to deliver your completed Pitch Board within approximately 72 hours after receiving full payment and all required project information. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Each order includes one round of revisions. One revision round means one complete list of requested changes submitted after the first version is delivered. Additional revisions or major changes may require an additional fee. Any additional fee will be discussed before the work is performed.

Cancellations and Refunds. Because each Pitch Board is custom-made, all sales are final once work has begun. Work begins when Pitch Board Media starts reviewing your materials, developing the design, creating images, writing or editing text, or assembling the Pitch Board. You may request a cancellation within eight hours of payment, provided work has not already begun.

No Guarantee of Results. Pitch Board Media does not guarantee that your Pitch Board will result in representation, financing, production, publication, sale, employment, commercial success, marketability, or any other specific outcome. Pitch Board Media is not responsible for how your Pitch Board is received, interpreted, accepted, or rejected by agents, managers, producers, executives, publishers, investors, or any other third party.

Third-Party Submission Requirements. Some companies or individuals may require you to sign a non-disclosure agreement, submission release, confidentiality agreement, or other document before they will review your Pitch Board or project materials. These requirements may prevent or delay them from reviewing your materials. Pitch Board Media has no control over third-party submission requirements and cannot guarantee that any person or company will agree to review your Pitch Board.

Limitation of Liability. Pitch Board Media is not responsible for lost opportunities, lost income, lost profits, or other damages resulting from the use, submission, reception, acceptance, or rejection of your Pitch Board. Pitch Board Media's total liability related to any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
