A Pitch Board is a custom-designed, single-page visual document that presents your screenplay or manuscript in a professional, at-a-glance format. Think of it as a movie poster meets a one-sheet — it captures the tone, genre, characters, and story of your project in a way that's immediately compelling to producers, agents, and executives.

Pitch Board Media is for screenwriters, novelists, and authors who want to present their projects professionally. Whether you're pitching to a producer, submitting to a festival, or walking into a meeting, a Pitch Board gives your project a polished first impression before anyone reads a word.

We work with screenplays, TV pilots, manuscripts, outlines, or even just an idea. You don't have to have a finished project — just fill out the form and we work with the information you provide.

Fill out the order form on our Order page, then complete payment via our secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is received, we get to work. Your order is not confirmed until payment is completed.

Our order form walks you through everything — your contact info, project details (title, genre, logline), character descriptions, tone and visual style, and any reference images or inspiration. You can also optionally upload your script or manuscript to help us get the details exactly right.

We aim to deliver your completed Pitch Board within approximately 72 hours of receiving full payment and all required project information. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but we work hard to turn things around quickly.

Your finished Pitch Board will be delivered to your email as a high-resolution digital file, ready to share, print, or attach to a submission.

Each order includes one (1) round of revisions. If you'd like additional changes beyond that, they may be available for an additional fee.

Because Pitch Board Media delivers a custom-designed digital product, all sales are final once work has begun. If work has not yet commenced, please contact us at orders@pitchboardmedia.com within 8 hours of payment to request a cancellation.

We treat all submitted materials with discretion and will not share them with third parties for commercial purposes. However, please note that submitting your materials does not create a formal confidential relationship. We recommend registering your work with the WGA or U.S. Copyright Office before sharing it with anyone.

Your script is used solely to check and ensure the accuracy of your Pitch Board. We do not upload your script to any AI system or public database.

Absolutely not. All rights to your story, script, characters, and intellectual property remain solely with you. We are a design service — we create a visual document based on your materials. We claim no ownership of your creative work whatsoever.

For a limited time, every Pitch Board order comes with a complimentary custom movie poster inspired by your Pitch Board's graphics and tone — yours to keep at no extra charge.

The bonus poster is a complimentary gift and is created at our discretion. Revisions to the poster are not included. If you'd like a specific style or direction for your poster, you're welcome to note it in your order form and we'll do our best to accommodate.
